1. Adult nomination - Do you know someone who goes above and beyond for our 11 - 25 year old players?
2. Player nomination - Nominate a player aged between 11 and 25 who stands out

Winners will receive either £1000 or £300 to spend on kit, activities or new equipment for the club!
